Receptionist Team...
Our volunteer Receptionist Team answers telephones and does light office work. They work on a rotating schedule for half or whole days. New people are always needed. Contact leader Anna Brown through Diane Zamarron at 627-8388, ext. 208.
Each Friday afternoon a group of about four dedicated people gather to get the bulletin out to the congregation on Sunday morning. This rotating group also assembles the monthly newsletter. Contact Diane Zamarron at 627-8388, ext. 208.
Staff Parish Relations Team...
Members of the Staff-Parish Relations Team act as the personnel team of the church devoted to supporting the church through staffing. SPR is responsible for salary, insurance, housing issues for appointed pastors, performance evaluations. On behalf of the congregation, the group conducts job searches and makes decisions regarding staff needs. Contact leader Sue Adsit through Frank McAuley at 627-8388, ext. 206.
Trustees Team...
Trustees are responsible for the care of the physical plant and assets including the parsonage. Contact leader Arden Hundey through Frank McAuley at 627-8388, ext. 206.
…Groundskeeping Team
Nearly all groundskeeping is done by volunteers. Contact leader Bill Wilber through Frank McAuley at 627-8388, ext. 206.
…Various Upkeep Teams
People can utilize all kinds of specialized skills as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc. Contact Dwight Moore at 627-8388, ext 212.
…Housekeeping Team
There is always a need for people willing to clean and vacuum. Sign up for cleaning options outside the office. Contact Dwight Moore at 627-8388, ext. 204.
…Historical Team
These volunteers collect and organize artifacts and pictures to preserve Trinity’s historical information. Contact Diane Zamarron at 627-8388, ext. 208.
Finance Team...
The Finance Team is in charge of overseeing the financial life of the church and funding the needs of the teams/groups in all ministry areas. In conjunction with the financial secretary and office administrator, they are responsible for all bank accounts, special funds, and accounting procedures. Infrastructure Team...
These unpaid servants serve as consultants and technical support for Trinity’s network and individual ministry software and hardware concerns. Contact leader Nick Almasy through Frank McAuley at 627-8388, ext. 206.
Church Board...
This team is a 9-member elected body from within the church that has overarching duties to broadly facilitate what happens in the church according to our mission and vision. Contact leader Beth Byerley through Diane Zamarron at 627-8388, ext. 208.
Church Board Responsibilities
• meets quarterly (may call other meetings as needed)
• approve appointed pastors’ salaries for church conference
• approve budget
• review proposals in light of the mission/vision
• approve purchases of new property/building plans
• convenes church conference
• act as a group of spiritual leaders who safeguard the Church’s mission and vision, and appoint and empower gifted leaders
• Church Board meetings are open to all attendees of the church
